No theme color or font setting is saving

    I was using Newsmag before i had a little ish which i had to reset my site, now i can’t change header color and font setting.
    i uninstalled it and installed it back and all the previous settings are still saved. when i change header color and save it, it doesnt save, i have tried other themes like Newspaper, same problem pessist.

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.

    Please contact support for the theme you’re using directly for help with this. Newsmag is not one of our themes, so we’re not able to help with this.
