No Likes appearing

OK … the Comments business appears serious now.
I posted a response to a follower’s comment at least 70 minutes ago, and it has still not appeared.
I begin to think it may never appear.
Would you add this problem to the ongoing list, please?

So I commented again (meaning, to the same person), and it went through without problem.
I don’t get it.
Never mind; it appears to be OK now – at least pro tem.

Please keep an eye on that issue and let me know if it continues. I suspect that it is unrelated, particularly if nobody else is experiencing it. But I can’t be sure until we rule out “random glitch” as a reason.

Hi All,

Likes are not appearing on my blog – I do enable likes – the only way to see if someone liked my posts is by seeing the orange star that appears topright beside my avatar.

The latest like was given by this user http://tylaarblog.wordpress.com/

It seems as though I can LIKE posts & pages for a while and then all of a sudden it stops “sticking” to the post or page. Here’s an example of a blog post where my LIKE won’t stick/stay:

It also does not stay on the ABOUT page either. This is not specific for this blog but for any blog I go to. I usually sit for about an hour or two with no problem “liking” posts and pages and then it just stops sticking as if there’s a limit or something on the number of likes you can do in a certain time period. It’s rather annoying if you don’t catch when it stops sticking to the post/page because then you’ve just sat there for an hour “liking” things but no one knows it because it doesn’t stay. It’s a waste of time.

I’ve cleared my cache, tried Google Chrome, IE 11, etc., I can’t find a reason for this on my end. Any help with this would be great. Thanks.

Why do we have always the discontent?
Before june of last year were not all such afflictions

been inventing, the big boss wordpress, to creating us getting headaches
but come on, stop it … I’m tired of complain … you will made something to return the wordpress as it was in june 2013, please, but you can always go worse?

I think the troubles are created intentionally.

and if I buy, not the most wordpress, look, no, because it does not deserve any money with their methods…
Wordpress has become great because we, the users, we did it, without us will be a shit, do not forget…
look at it, again I am too embittered, dammit

In case it helps with the troubleshooting: I just noticed that Likes are no longer visible on my blog posts (omnirambles.com) when I am logged in. In the Dashboard>Posts>All Posts view, I can see how many likes I have on each post, but when I visit the actual post, there is nothing but comments. I can see likes as normal if I’m logged out of WordPress.

Also as logged out the likes on those posts that have likes do not show up.

I have enabled *likes* on my post. There is not even a like button when I view my blog posts as logged out.

I do so wish a WordPress engineer would take a lookt at my blog.
