  Hi there,

  You need to check if the mail is going to your spam or junk folder in you e-mail inbox.
  Also check out this link and whitelist the emails mentioned in the link
  https://en.gravatar.com/support/no-confirmation-email/

  If your email service provider is gmail then add emails as your contact to whitelist email addresses.
