  I was checking my domain, and got a message about a chargeback, and I would like to pay the $15 but the system doesn’t let me, I tried a credit card and PayPal but nothing happens. An error message comes up , something showing … “not supported by Jetpack”. Need help getting this paid so I can resume services.

  Hi there,

  Chargeback fees for Jetpack-connected sites cannot be paid from the WordPress.com checkout page.

  Instead, I’ve sent you a payment link via email. Once we receive your payment, I can manually remove the chargeback notice from your dashboard, and you’ll be able to buy a new Jetpack plan if you want.
