Need to cancel domain but GSuite acc has expired

My g suite account is no longer as I let it expire. I now need to cancel my WordPress domain and request a refund as the fee has been taken some weeks before it expires and I don’t want to use/pay for it any more. Probably is I can’t access G Suite to go to Purchases and do what needs doing. AI told me to contact a human but then won’t allow me to! A bit of a mess really. Can anyone help?

Can you share the domain name that was connected to the G Suite account? It looks like you’re logged into a WordPress.com account without any paid subscriptions.

If you were recently charged, you can also locate the transaction ID for that payment on your credit card statement (here’s how) and send it to billingsupport@wordpress.com. We will be happy to help you further via email.
