Need my contact form

    I had an existing built it contact form but when I went to edit it to include a short message before the contact form, i ended up deleting the contact form and just leaving the message. I have a free wordpress account so do not want to purchase and install a plugin for a contact form. I simply just want the old contact form back. I have tried to create a new contact page and tab but it becomes empty and does not include the form. Please help!
