need help to customize blog.

hey there i am nayan and i want help from you to customize my blog i need to edit my blog like my home page is all about authors and on the header image there would be my logo and down my logo there should be some sharing buttons and below these sharing buttons i need some menus like Home, Tech Tips, Tech News, And My Gaming stuff as i click on Home It redirect me to My front page which have all about me and when i click on tech tips it should redirect me to all my tips stuff and in tech news all my new stuff same like in gaming so please help me to customize my blog. or suggest me any free theme which stands on my expectations.
