Need Domain Mapping refund, but can't find how to request…
WordPress seems to be going thru growing pains these days, as features are moved, or removed, and I could not find a way to only pay for a domain renewal, not the mapping, for this site, which is hosted at Bluehost. I renewed the domain registration, even though the site will now be named TorontoBachFestival.com, because FourCenturiesofBach.org was due to expire 2/1. However, the registration fee should be $5, and I would like the $13 mapping fee refunded. Can anyone give me a direct phone number or email address, or a functional “Contact” page url (another feature that seems disabled)?
The blog I need help with is www.fourcenturiesofbach.org.

There aren’t two separate fees for a domain. If you purchase a domain from WordPress.com the cost is $18. There is no separate domain registration upgrade on WordPress.com that costs only $5.
We do have a separate domain mapping upgrade, like you have for your domain, oceanfrontcabins.com, which costs only $13. That upgrade is to connect a domain that is not registered with us.
fourcenturiesofbach.org which you just renewed is registered with us, however, and costs $18 a year to renew. That is the price at which you bought the domain last year and what you were charged now for the renewal. The only refund option for that domain is if you completely cancel it in the next 24 hours, in which case we can refund the full cost.
Note that cancelling a domain means you give up ownership of the domain, so you should only do that if you no longer want to use the domain at all.
