Need Customer Service Support

    I am having major issues with my site and need to cancel my subscription. However, cannot find any customer service number to call or email to write to. Does anybody know how I can get assistance? My card was charged but does not show up on my billing history, therefore I have been unable to cancel my purchase.

As this account is only 2 months old no doubt the renewal will display in the billing history of another account. What is the address of your site? Can you log in to the correct account associated with it?

    The account you’re using to post here has never bought any upgrades on, and only owns one free site with us. So if you have a paid subscription, it’s on a site that belongs to a different account.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

    You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.


    I am unable to login to the correct account associated with the charge because I only remember setting up 1 account (so I dont know where the other one is). I wouldn’t know what email is associated etc because the only work I have done is on the free page. I dont think I have ever logged into the paid account. Do you have any advice on how to find it? I would need to figure out the email associated with the account to try to login.


    I was able to find the transaction details but am still unable to login to that account because I was unaware that I had 2 accounts. The only login info I have is for the free account apparently.

    I can not access my account. It’s not allowing me to view it?? Why is this happening? I can’t see any of my posts at all
