Need a refund

  • It has become clear to me that this is not something that I can manage at this point in time. I purchased the business identity template yesterday.

    I suck at this, so can I have a refund?

  • Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrades, you ought to be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

    Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    To disable autorenew, provided you are logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrades go to > Store > My Upgrades and click the “disable auto-renew” link.

    However, that doesn’t work. First, there is no “disable auto renew link.” Second, when I click on “cancel and refund,” the box pops up but nothing happens.

    Is there a glitch?

  • Yes. I only have one site and one account. Im logged in under the user name that purchased the blog, as far as i can tell anyway.
