Navigation Menu Has Extra Cells

I am having a problem customizing my top navigation bar on my site: https://stacyjuba.com/blog/. This site was designed for me several years ago using the Genesis Crystal Child theme and I have recently been revamping the site on my own.
I made the website full width and got rid of sidebars.
I have also changed some of the top menu items in the navigation bar (getting rid of the dropdown menu and deleting some of the menu choices).
However, I can’t get rid of the empty cell to the right of the last menu option, For Authors. Even if I add another menu item, it still leaves a blank cell to the right.
Is there a way to make this menu look better without the extra blanks cells? Or maybe if it didn’t have lines between cells, or was centered, it would be less obvious. I’m not sure where to go to find the code to fix or what code to use to try to improve it. Or if I’m just being too fussy!
Any suggestions are appreciated.
