  I’ve spent days trying to figure out the right coding to change the color of the hover box behing my page titles in the navigation. I can change the current page but not the rest

  any tips? Ive tried changing all the codes that involve that color, but it was a no go

  For the page links at the top this worked for me:

background: #000;
}
