  my wordpress blog prohibit to host new post. do anyone have any idea of that? there is not save neither publish icon nor any alert from the WordPress.

  Log out of wordpress, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser and then try again.

  You should contact the staff – none of the unpaid volunteers in the Forum can help if they have questions about your content – my guess is that someone might have kicked about the fact that your site is just a ton of RSS feeds – but then just a guess – Staff will at times stop the ability to put new Posts on a site if they have questions about the site and the site is not bad enough to be suspended outright – http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/
