i cant access to admin page and my website is down for more than 12 hours help me

it was working fine yesterday. i didnt add or edit any plugins or themes before it went down. it has been down for more then 12 hours. i contacted my domain providers and they said: “the problem is not on our end, you should check with your nameserver (ns1.dns-parking.com and ns2 ) support”.
