I do not what to do to recover my website i tried the first option transfer my web to wordpress but appear: This is a reserved test domain from WordPress.com

It looks like you had a Creator Trial, which expired on 2024-03-15. When a Creator Trial expires, any content added to the site during that trial is deleted and the URL is reverted back to the free *.wordpress.com URL.
You would need to first purchase a Creator plan and get your site back to a plugin-enabled state.
Once that plan is in place, you can restore your site by following the steps here: https://wordpress.com/support/restore-default-plugins-and-themes/#restore-default-plugins-and-themes
Additionally, it’s important to keep in mind that if the Creator plan expires or is canceled within our cancellation period, any content added or restored when the plan was in place would also be deleted.
