My Site not working

Hi, I have been waiting for longer than should be necessary for answers to my queries sent out already. I am really disappointed with WordPress.com for not handling my questions properly. I can’t access My Site when I enter my own page mymotherhalf.com. Nobody has replied to my previous 2 attempts at trying to get this sorted.

I checked and the account you are contacting us from is not connected to mymotherhalf.com. You would need to log into the correct account to have access to the site.
If you do not have the login credentials for the other WordPress.com account, could please fill out our account recovery form, we’ll see what we can do to assist you in regaining access to your account.
You can use the transaction ID on your bank statement from when you purchase the upgrade to submit the account recovery form.
