My site is down and inaccessible
-
ok, so I have a blog site and am… not technologically savvy. I wanted to see how I could make the url of a particular page to my site end in /podcast instead of /456 or whatever, and I was looking at the admin page about permalinks and trying to understand how I could do that. I didn’t mean to change anything but I must have, because now when I go to my site it won’t load. I tried to log in, but it won’t let me. I tried to reset my password but when I put in my email address, it says ‘user doesn’t exist.’ I can’t even get to a place where I could try to long in, now. It’s not a paid account so I don’t have access to WordPress customer support. But I have zero access to the page and have broken it somehow. Help!

That site looks to be a WordPress.org site hosted with iPage. These forums are limited to supporting WordPress.com hosted sites, as there are some major differences in how problems are addressed.
Info: Differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.orgHaving said that, the best starting point would be to visit http://www.newberytart.com/wp-admin and either log in, or click the Lost your password? link. If you cannot go beyond that point on your own, the WordPress.org support forums and/or your hosting provider should be able to assist from there.
I hope that helps, and I wish you luck!

My site: http://www.grownwomanflow.com has been down since yesterday and I don’t know why. I am trying to contact someone, ANYONE who can resolve this issue for me. If there is a problem with my site, contact me and it can be cleared up. I have had this site for a couple of years and there have been minimal issues, if the site was down, it was only down for a couple of minutes. My site has now been down for 24 hours and this is a problem. I am building a following and if people can’t access it, they will not return. FIX THIS!!!!

helloimamanda, thank you for the clarification, it was helpful! It ruined out I had accidentally changed the permalink so my domain was redirecting to a page that wasn’t where it was supposed to be. Fixed!
daddiesgrl, I don’t think this forum is monitored by any kind of customer service, just voluntary responses from users who might have answers, so I don’t think anyone can fix that kind of issue. I’m sorry!
