My site has been hacked! Please help!

My site has been hacked which has seemed a common problem for a lot of people the last week as they have done it via woocommerce. What they have also done is changed the access login so now I cannot get into the site. The website is still currently live under http://www.digitalbeardesign.co.uk but I just need to gain access to it again. I don’t want to rebuild the website all over again, is there a way to gain access again without starting over?
Worse case I do have backups via Updraft but I have not tried this before and may have to be done using the same website platform that it is on now.
Any help would be appreciated!
