My site disappeared !

Hi I need some help. I have this site http://www.asphillseesit.com and I was prompted to update my ‘php’ whatever that is, after doing so, my site disappeared and I get this message

‘Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log. ‘

Can anyone help ?

Thanks ! I got it working with the help of Ipage – and I have not used my blog in so long I had forgotten all about that ! (but the .com vs .org thing IS hella confusing ! )
