My premium theme disappeared after re direct was refunded
-
My site momswhowriteandblog.com is no longer being re directed to monkeystarpressbooks.com, which is great, but my premium Bromley theme for momswhowriteandblog.com (that I paid $79 for back in October) disappeared. And when I search for it in premium themes, there is no activation button, only a purchase button, but I already purchased it. How do I activate it without buying it again? Thank you.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello!
I don’t see any record of you purchasing the Bromley theme in October on this account. Do you have a receipt for this in your email that you can pull up? If you can give me the Paypal transaction ID on the receipt I can look up this purchase for you.

The purchase is in my blog admin’s WP.com account: jenkehl
(Jennifer Kehl at (email visible only to moderators and staff)). She is listed on momswhowriteandblog.com as an admin, FYI. Let me know if you need any more info. I will have to contact her. Thank you! -
Thanks! I do see the theme on that user’s account. They transferred the theme to one of their other sites. If they weren’t supposed to do this, you’ll need to contact them about it.

Are you sure the site she transferred it was not Momswhowriteandblog.com? She is my web designer and I highly doubt she would take the theme after I paid her for it. I did message her, though. Is there a way she can transfer it to my name since I paid her for it? Thanks.

It looks like she’s transferred that back for you now. If that’s an upgrade that you should own, you can have the user jenkehl chime in here and I can transfer it from her account to your account.
