  I paid for a personal plan ,then I upgraded to be a business plan.afterward I made a refund for only a business plan but I found that my personal plan packages was also be cancelled without any refund money.
  I wish to still use my personal plan as I already paid.
  Can you figure out this problem for me?

  I checked your account and the personal plan is still activated and connected to your site.

  You should have a domain credit available because no domain is connected to the plan. Do you see that credit as available on your end?
