    How do I get access to all the files that make up this website, export only gives me 12k of files and I cant use a backup plugin unless I purchase a plan?

    Hi @ozphoto663 , are you trying to back up the posts data or your media? If you go to https://wordpress.com/export/ you should have both options.

    Are you backing it up to move it, or are you backing it up for safekeeping? If you’re moving it, note you’ll want to use the export file to import into a new site while the old site is live. We have more details in this article. And if you’re backing it up for safekeeping, you’re welcome to do that, but ours is one of the safest options out there.
