my chosen Theme: Responsive did not activate!

I have finally found a Theme I want to use: Responsive, but it will not activate. I clicked on Activate, but it does not move forward with the site.
Why not?

I don’t have a URL — yet. I was looking for a Theme that I would use for a squeeze page and that would be a responsive design, meaning that it would come up on mobile devices as well. The URL will be: http://www.SafeDrinkingWaterOnTap.com. The original page was online, but because my hosting company died, it disappeared. Now I am trying to build another one. The WP These: Responsive seems like a match, but I can’t activate it.

John, I don’t understand what you are telling me. I did go to “My Blog” but did not fully understand that site. I certainly don’t want to pay anything for a WP blog, since WP is open source.

Publishing your website is always free here at WordPress.com. There are several premium upgrades that let you use a custom domain (like SafeDrinkingWaterOnTap.com), extensively customize the appearance of your site, upload HD video, and lots more.
