My blog is inaccessible – can't log in, files are gone – Help!

Hello,
I’m trying to log in to my blog (email visible only to moderators and staff) (goandbewell251017) and I can’t log in. Not only that, it seems to have disappeared, all the files are gone. Yet there is the blog on the internet. Please help.

It looks like your blog name might have gotten redacted as an email, might you have typed the email address by mistake?
Can you please retype your blog url so that we can look into it further?

So like you said, everything looks correct on your site, so it’s likely some login issue.
Can you try logging into your WordPress account using a different browser? Sometimes cookies and caches get confused and wreak havoc on logins, so if you can try logging in from a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, IE etc) we can narrow down the problem more.

OK, logged in with another browser (Firefox), able to log in. But all the files are gone that were once under the My Site. It says “Create site” yet, my blog is still on the internet. Yet I can’t access it. Very strange.

@goandbewell251017 I notice the account you’re using to post here was created yesterday, whereas your blog has been posting for at least a year. Are you sure you are logging in with the correct credentials?

Using the login I have always used. Don’t know why it suddenly wont open or work or let me in.

Hmm, at this point I don’t think I can help much, we should probably ask a Staff member who can look at your account details form the back end and can better address the situation.
I’ll tag a MODLOOK on here so that a staff member knows to come follow up.
I’ll keep my eye on the thread to see how it goes!

Using the login I have always used.
This account (goandbewell251017) was created very recently, so it wouldn’t have been the one you always used. Can you try logging out and logging back in? I have verified the site is under a different account entirely.
