  How can I get blog followers to receive notification of new pages, beyond the main post. When I up-date another page, no one finds out about it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That’s not possible. Pages and Posts are completely different. http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/
  Posts have feeds. Pages do not have feeds.
