My account was closed by accident (or someone else), I cannot restore it.

Hi, I cannot recover my account, as I don;t have any of the 3 required methods of authentication – neither initial link (I created that account many years ago), nor transaction ID (I didn;t buy anything) and I didn;t turn on 2FA. That is why recover account form is not a help for me, as I am not able to fill in required information.
BUT I do have normal access to the email connected with that account. Is there any method to recover that account?

Initially it was as23779 username. Email was (email visible only to moderators and staff) and a link https://swiezymokiem.wordpress.com/

I reset the password. it was done successfully. When I try to log in with a new password, I have to log in with username instead of email address and then I get a message that my account is closed as previously. What can I do next?
