My account has been blocked & I can’t reset password

Hi there,
I did not forget my email, username or password but it is saying my account has been blocked as a security precaution? see attached copy below of message that pops up

“Your account has been blocked as a security precaution. To continue, you must reset your password<https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword>.”

I have tried to reset the password and it still isn’t allowing me to access my site.

I need help more help, the autogenerated AI reply is not helping and I am stuck.

I have proof of my domain ownership through GoDaddy, & I have invoices for payment of this domain.

Please someone help me figure out how to reset this account so I can log in.
It’s saying the email is wrong but I know it was the right one

I am trying to redo website and update images and I’m blocked out of my account :(
