  • I’d like to talk to someone who can look at my account and tell me what I’ve paid for. I’m receiving notices for pending cancelation of my blog site, but when I go on to make a payment, I get the message that there is nothing do. ???

  • We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

    What exactly are they notifying you is expiring?

  • I found the problem. When I tried to log-in to my account through my browser, I end up in never-never land, and I later realized under a strange name. I didn’t catch it and added a photo to it. That confused me even more. It dawned on me to log-in through the app, and, there, found myself in the right place. I was able, then, to make the needed payment.

    Deleting the partially begun account under a false name, I still need to figure out. Any help, there, would be gratefully received.The account that I was logged into above (that you commented on) is the account that needs to be deleted.
