Multisite for a multilanguage website

Helle there,
I just discovered the multisite feature on wordpress 3.0.
It’s really easy to install and to run…
I was wondering if I could use it for a multilanguage website…
I should create a website with 17 languages! It ‘s quite a lot as you can see…
The website itself have a very simple structure…
Each language will have it’s own administrators-users…
What do you think? I’m hesitating to use wordpress for such a big project… When I’m testing it it looks very cool, but I don’t know if I can trust this multisite feature and if it will be enough flexible for this type of project if I have to manage different exceptions for the different languages…What do you think?

It’s really easy to install and to run…
That would be WordPress.ORG, not COM, Some people confuse confuse the two. These links will explain the difference.
