if i own multiple domain names can i host them all off 1 websites?

However, its only sites hosted on wordpress.com that supported here.
You can learn more about the differences between WordPress.com and self-hosted WordPress.org sites

Hi there,

If you want the domains for a WordPress.com site you’ll first need to register a free WordPress.com address, and then buy one of our paid plans to map the first domain. From there you can map as many additional domains as you want paying only for each additional domain:

https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/

Next time, please consider asking for more information before assuming someone is asking about a self-hosted site. The OP provided no information in this case that would indicate they’re not asking how this would work on WordPress.com.
