I am not the best blog user.
I can’t find or reset the login to one of my blogs.

I have blog.stationeryhq.com which I can login to.I have https://frecklebox.wordpress.com/ which I can login to.

Then I have blog.frecklebox.com which I cannot login to. Can you help?

I am really trying to consolidate frecklebox.wordpress.com and blog.frecklebox.com all to blog.frecklebox.com

blog.frecklebox.com is a WordPress.org site hosted by Digital Ocean, rather than WordPress.com:

WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

If you haven’t done so already, please try resetting the password for your account on blog.frecklebox.com from the Lost Password page.

The username and password for your account on blog.frecklebox.com are stored on Digital Ocean’s servers. We are only able to help with access to WordPress.com sites so please contact your host if you are unable to reset your password using the link above.

Would you like to export the content from frecklebox.wordpress.com and import it into blog.frecklebox.com?

Thanks so much for the response.
I have tried the reset links and they don’t work for me. Is there a separate URL for Digital Ocean’s servers.

I do want to merge frecklebox.wordpress.com into blog.frecklebox.com

This is something you will to contact Digital Ocean about, they should be able to give you more information.

I do want to merge frecklebox.wordpress.com into blog.frecklebox.com

The content on frecklebox.wordpress.com can be exported with these steps:

Export Your Website’s Content

frecklebox.wordpress.com will need to remain active and public until the import has run successfully on blog.frecklebox.com, otherwise the process will not work correctly.

The .xml file can be imported into blog.frecklebox.com once you are able to login again.

We figured it out because of your support.

The clue was the Digital Ocean server and we found this was managed by Flywheel.
