  How do I transfer my WordPress blog http://kfokkfok.wordpress.com to A2hosting?
  I want to continue using WordPress to update the content on my site. The URL I will be using is http://kfok.org

  You need to have software from WordPress.ORG installed at the new site. Then go to your Dashboard on http://kfokkfok.wordpress.com/ and go to Tools->Export. Then on your NEW site’s dashboard, go to Tools->Import and import the contents there.
