Moving stats to self-hosted site

    I would like to transfer the views and visitors’ statistics from my wordpress.com blog to the my own self hosted wordpress.org site.

    my wordpress.com blog address https://kutakhabispikir.wordpress.com and my self hosted wordpress.org blog address https://kutakhabispikir.com

    Please, anyone.. help me, i have write for 4 years+ and if lost the statistic it feel :-(

    Hi there, no problem, WordPress.com staff can do this for you as you’ve installed the Jetpack plugin on your self-hosted site. I’ve tagged them, so you’ll likely receive a response within a few hours from a staff member. :)

    The stats are merged for you now, @phoenixproton. I’d recommend either redirecting the old site now, or make it private.

    so now when there is news statistic data on my wordpress.com it also the same data showing in my wordpress.org statistic widget isnt it?

    Ok so my wordpress.org site connected with Jetpack, i’m login to my wordpress.org site setting i found out that there is a red sign warning in top left it said “This site cannot be accessed.”

    I dont understand it, so i try to update the setting such as write inside the Site Title and Site Tagline and click the Save Settings blue button but none of them can be saved!

    what should i do? any suggestions to fix this isssue? Thank you.

    Yes, this merges your stats.

    i found out that there is a red sign warning in top left it said “This site cannot be accessed.”

    It sounds like your host could be blocking Jetpack, which would prevent our features from working. Please check it at https://jetpack.com/debug/ and show your host the results of any test recommended there. They should be able to help.

    Helo Supernovia, big thanks for your respond.

    I’ve manage the issue. It seems i’m using a plugin wp security and enable the XMLRPC and pingback protection feature.

    I have disabled it and now everything goes smoothly connected with jetpack.

    Case closed.
