  Hello! I have moved your subscribers from your WordPress.com site to your self-hosted WordPress site with Jetpack.

  Your follower counts might be a little different. On WordPress.com we count social media followers, but self-hosted WordPress sites using Jetpack only show the number of WordPress.com and email followers.

  And a final note, WordPress.com followers will only receive new posts in their WordPress.com Reader, and no longer receive email notifications, unless they are email-only followers.
