Moving my domain to a hosted wordpress.org site

I’m sure this is really simple, and the info is easy to find, but I’m banging my head against the keyboard trying to figure this out.
I picked out a domain, registered it here at wordpress.com and got started setting up my blog. Then I found out that I can’t have my affiliate links to Amazon on my blog. So now I’m wanting to move over to be hosted by somewhere like BlueHost, using wordpress.org. I really would like to keep my domain however. I just can’t figure out how to do this.
Can someone point me in the right direction to find this help?

Sure.
Your domain is your won to keep and as long as you keep renewing it it will remain yours.
