Moving from Weebly to WordPress

    Hi,
    I own a weebly website domain and currently have 1 year left on my weebly domain registration. However I would like to run my website in future with WordPress. Speaking to Weebly, they’ve said the time owing on the site would be honoured till the end of the registration period, however I wanted to ask would I still need to pay for the personal plan for the year as it includes a custom domain?

    Hi there,
    I am not sure if you have registered domain through weebly, see if the weather they allow you to change the DNS and Nameserver for a domain registered through them.

    And yes will Personal, Premium or Businesses plans you get to use your own existing domain (custom domain), it allows you to Map One domain for free included in your plan.
    If you don’t want to use the domain you already have WordPress.com plans give you free Domain Credit with Plan.
