Moving followers to self-hosted site

Add topic to favorites
I recently moved from wordpress.com to a self-hosted wordpress.org site and would like to move my followers to the new site.

Jetpack is activated on the new site.
URL for the domain is: http://www.glossylucy.com
URL for the .wordpress.com blog is: http://glossylucy.wordpress.com

I don’t see glossylucy.com under your account.

Did you activate and connect Jetpack?

If so, please go to the Jetpack section of your blog’s Dashboard, hover over the “Connected to WordPress.com” button, it’ll turn into a “Disconnect” button. Hit that disconnect button and reconnect to your glossylucy WordPress.com account.
