Add topic to favorites
How do I move email subscribers from my wordpress.com site to my new self-hosted site…both of which have the same domain name?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What’s the URL of the blog you want to move the subscribers from and to.

the url is the same for both: theworldisourdistrict.com
I just switched from wordpress.com to self-hosted. And is there a way to bring those who followed my blog while I was on wordpress.com or is that a lost cause?

What is the WordPress.com blog URL please?
Have you installed and activate JetPack?

JetPack is installed and activated. And I used the same URL for the wordpress.com site:
theworldisourdistrict.com

but the admin page for the wp.com site is:
http://theworldisourdistrict.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
