Missing Home Page

Add topic to favorites
I am lost. I do not know where my home page went. I asked someone else to take a look at it and here is what they said. ‘From what I can tell you need the static home page option enabled in order to display the featured videos and I can’t find how to turn that on for the theme you’re using. Normally it’s under Customizations > Front Page, but it’s missing in yours. Without a static home page I have no idea how to set things up the way you want.’

Looks like you’ve found the wrong support site :) This site is for WordPress.com hosted sites.

But in any case, it looks like template-help.com runs it’s own custom WordPress.org solution and provide a custom admin panel which is why Customizations > Front Page isn’t there.

Check out the template-help.com quick start guide here, specifically under theme options.

If the menu option still proves elusive your best bet is to raise a support ticket on template-help.com.
