Missing features

Hello. I have received emails recently from WordPress.com about new features, such as sharing buttons for WhatsApp and a new SEO panel, however, these options do not show up when I am on WordPress.com. Does it make any difference that I have a WordPress.org site, or that I am in the UK? Thanks!

Yes.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, and if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
