    Hi, I want to migrate my url from the hosting wordpress.com to 1and1. They’ve requested an authorization code I don’t have. Please help me! Thank you very much

    Hi there,

    You will need to wait 60 days from the date you registered your domain before you can transfer it to a new registrar. If you’d like to use your domain with 1and1 before then, you can change the domain’s name servers to point it to their hosting.

    1and1 has complete instructions for preparing for that in their support guide to Point a Domain to 1&1 Name Servers.

    When you are ready, you can enter the 1and1 name servers for your domain on the My Domains page. (You can click the “Edit” button next to your domain to open the domain manager there.) I can also help you with that step, if you want.
