What do you mean exactly by that? When I check your site nawalbinteaamir.wordpress.com, everything works correctly on my end.

HOW I CAN POST THE POSTS ON A SPECIFIC PAGE

It depends on what do you want to achieve exactly. You can add categories to your menu, as explained here:

https://wordpress.com/support/menus/add-categories-to-a-menu/.

This way, you’ll create pages with posts from specific categories.

You can also add a Blog Posts block to any page:

https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/blog-posts-block/.
