Media Storage Full

    Hi everyone,

    My media storage at the moment says 140 percent used out of 6GB since I downgrade my plan. I have deleted all of the media content I had previously uploaded, hoping to redesign my site. However, the percentage used has not changed. I am unable to upload any new media. I tried waiting and refreshing for the past two weeks but nothing seems to work. I contacted costumer support but no one has gotten back to me. Please help me out. I am unable to do any work on the site and it feels like I’m wasting my money and time. Thank you.

    If you’ve written to help@wordpress.com, you should have received an automated confirmation email. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox. If you didn’t receive any confirmation, it’s possible your email didn’t go through successfully.

    Since this seems urgent, I’d recommend following up on your original support request or submitting a new one if you can’t find the confirmation. The support team is usually quite responsive and should be able to help investigate why your storage isn’t updating after the deletions.
