Map new domain

    Hello,

    I updated my domain 22 December, but the site does not open after update.
    On the menu it states my DNS updates must be updated but do not know where I could update them, in the edition I do not have a DNS server addresses possible to add
    NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
    NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
    NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

    I performed tasks such as clearing the cookies from your browser, add your email address in the MX record, and priority setting a new domain in domain settings.

    In my domain maps in three steps, I can not finish the domain mapping configuration. However, the message appears:

    “We checked the name servers and it looks like they’re not pointing to WordPress.com yet. If you recently updated them please check again soon. It can take a few hours for a complete updating registrars Their name servers.”

    Please help and instructions step by step what should I do to get my new site to work.

    Although stanczykfoto.pl has been registered, it is not using WordPress.com nameservers. I tagged this thread for Staff assistance. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond. Note there is a backlog so you will have to wait patiently for Staff help.

    My previous page name is stanczykfoto.wordpress.com and was on a server wordpress.com

    Hello! Sorry for the holiday delay. It looks like the domain stanczykfoto.pl has not been registered yet. In order for your Domain Mapping upgrade to work, you need to own the domain you want to map.

    You can not register the domain through WordPress.com, but it looks like you can here:

    http://www.dns.pl/

    I cancel my domain and I didn’t get a reply. It’s been more than two days and I didn’t get the money. I would like to request a refund.

    Refunds are time limited. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

    Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there.

    Also note that there is no refund due to you as shawnajroberts (Staff) verified that the domain stanczykfoto.pl has not been registered yet.

    It looks like credits were given to your account instead of a refund. I’ve issued the refund for you now and removed the credits. It normally takes around a week for a refund to appear on your bank statement.
