There is no blogger access to the database for free hosted WordPress.com blogs. The access you seek is found only on WordPress.ORG installs. Read this please > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

To create your own HTML tables see here > http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2013/04/09/table-coding-for-wordpress-com-users/For adding official users to a free hosted WordPress.com blog see these entries please:

user roles http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/The limit is 10 invitations at any point in time. It’s a spammer prevention limit. So simply wait and then send out 10 more.
