Making a tab also in the pull-down menu for that tab

  • I’ll start by saying, I’m like a first grader with this stuff, but I’m learning. I have a row of tabs. When I put my cursor over the tab, it shows the pull-down menus. The problem is, this has been causing confusion for folks since the actual TAB doesn’t look like an option. Yes, I know it, you know it, but not everyone does.
Is there a way to make the main tab a pull-down, also. I looked into copying that page to replicate it into a separate pull-down page, but then the problem is that I’d have to update both pages, separately. Is there a way to create a pull-down and just re-direct it to the main location of the main tab?
For example… on our page, there is a tab for “Events.” This main event tab shows our monthly programs, yet when you put the cursor on it, it shows “Archived” Field Trips” and something else, but it isn’t straight forward the main “events” page has the MAIN EVENTS.
    Pointers?
