  Hi there,

  I think you meant to contact a different store. We are the creators of WooCommerce, which maybe someone was using to power their store that you ordered from.

  Hopefully, you can still get ahold of them, we have no way to get ahold of them or contact them if they are using WooCommerce. It’s an open-source, self-hosted, eCommerce plugin and we don’t have a way to track stores who use the plugin.
