Lost website password

This may be a difficult one to address, but here we go…
I’m co-host of a podcast and we use WordPress as the main website for posting episodes and articles, etc. Unfortunately my co-host is the only one that ever DOES anything with the site. I’m listed as an admin, and I used to login and post articles YEARS ago, but haven’t touched it in a long, long time. My co-host [redacted] is the one who has always posted and updated the site. But he has just been logged out and doesn’t have all of the info he needs to get back in. He apparently never updated the email information from what it was when we first set up the site, so he can’t figure out how to get a password reset. I appear to be logged in, I can look at my profile info (such as it is), and go the the My Site info, but I can’t figure out how to find whatever info HE might need to get back in or reset what he needs to reset.
How do we proceed?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there, following is a link to our Account Recovery support page, which has a form on it that can be used to recover the account.
He should be able to find the transaction id for an upgrade on his statement.
He can also use the following page to search for the transaction as an alternative.
