lost website

I have 2 sites on wp. one is powered by wp.com and other other by wp.org. anzagoodbar.com is powered by wp.com but it no longer gives me access it says i don’t have permissions. my second site boostbusinessacademy.com is powered by wp.org. somehow the programmer i hired to work on my sites has combined them and he is no longer reachable. I can’t figure out how to get to my anzagoodbar.com site. when I go to the site, it comes up live, and I see on the tab it says boost…it should not..i need to know who to fix that too. I need to edit my site and update it, but i can’t figure out hot ot get to it. i have looked inside of the boost pages and don’t see those pages added to the boost site. im so lost!

The account you are currently logged in to does not have a user account on anzagoodbar.com. If you are no longer able to login to that site, we’ll need you to fill out the Account Recovery form:

We are only able to help with access to WordPress.com sites hosted on our own servers.
boostbusinessacademy.com is hosted by Bluehost so I recommend contacting them if you are unable to login — they should be able to give you some information about the next steps.

Gemma, when I created my site originally it was with Site builder.
I just asked them what I need to do to move it back over to them …this is their response:
“I have checked the domain anzagoodbar.com, you can host the website with us by updating the A records to us by contacting the name servers provider WordPress. You have to manage the DNS zone there and create two a records, one for www and one for non-www version of domain pointing to 104.154.95.49 .”
I am at a loss for why I no longer have a sign in with WP for this site. does what he says make sense to you? I”m so non-techy…it’s all Greek to me. Where do I even go to find this, do I have to go to blue host? I never set it up to go to Blue host…

It’s best to avoid sharing personal information like transaction IDs in public places — I’ve redacted that information for you. This guide explains how to find a transaction ID:

Once you have that information, please double check it and send it to us using the Account Recovery form.

No, that wouldn’t help in this case because anzagoodbar.com is hosted on WordPress.com rather than Bluehost. Although they provide instructions for hosting the site on their servers, they won’t be able to help you access the account on WordPress.com.

Gemma I'm at a loss, both of the transactions IDs are rejected by your account recovery form. I can't find any emails from WP with a receipt ID or special code. The code from my bank isn't 17 digits long, I don't know what else I can do to get the code you need. There has to be another option for me to get access to my site.

I have another question regarding my site. when I am on anzagoodbar.com and I got to the My site in the upper right an corner, anzagoodbar does not come up in the menu, just my FREE blog that is hosted on WP.com. It used to show up there, why would it have disappeared from the listing?when I clid on domains, I get this message I get which is why I think anzagodobar.com is somehow linked or attached to my boost business academy site. That’s correct, anzagoodbar.com is owned by another account so it won’t be displayed in My Sites in your anzagoodbar account. You would need to login to the user account you have on that site in order to access it.

Hi Gemma, is my anzagoodbar site “owned” by my boost business academy site? If so, I don't see the content listed on the pages for that site. Can you tell me how to access the content so I can edit it from where it is located? I have the log in credentials for boostbusinessacademy.com. Thanks!
