lost phone and back up code, cant login wordpress account

    Hello WordPress.
    i have issues with my blog..
    i lost my phone so i dont have backup code too
    now i cant login to my wordpress account.. but i can provide my blog information and i can access my email.
    please assist me to do resetting or provide me simple backup code, so i can login and disable my 2step authentication
